Monastics Approach ( Unit 32 )

•    Lectio isn't a scholarly exercise that looks to control and to accumulate data.
•    It is a deliberate inundation in the Word of God that tries to get and to react.

 

Journaling ( Unit 34 )

•    Journalist is a device for pondering God's quality, direction and support in every day comings and going. Adventure can be kept routinely or amid time of advances.
•    Keeping a composed record of God's way in your life.
•    Recording outer or inward voyages
•    Recording supplication demands and replies.

 

Rest ( Unit 35 )

•    What is your choice to work? Is it rest, or is it an alternate sort of work ( work around the house or in the yard, doing funds and cleaning the storage room.)
•    God made us in his picture. He works and rest. When we rest, we respect the manner in which God made us. Lay is rely upon God who watch over everything for us as we rest.


 

Rest ( Unit 36 )

•    Setting unhurried time to rest and be revived.
•    Setting edges in the day for minutes for memory and rest.
•    Taking employments and days off.
•    Develop a purposeful musicality of rest and work in your life.
